Housing Assistance

(Program)

* Assists families who are homeless or at high risk of becoming homeless. Services include:
  • Temporary rental assistance
  • Utility assistance
  • Temporary housing for homeless families
  • Permanent housing for homeless families
  • Budgeting and financial counseling
  • Case management (home visits)

Eligibility: Must be age 18 and older. Must meet income guidelines. Must be homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Application Process: By referral.

Required Documentation: Proof of income, photo ID, and eviction notice.

Fees: No fee for service.
