* Offers free tax preparation in locations throughout Madison County.

Eligibility: Age 18 years and older, household income less than $56,000.

Application Process: Call for appointment.

Required Documentation: Photo ID, Social Security cards, Birth Dates, All yearly wages, income statements and W2's for all those listed on tax return. Copy of last year's income tax forms (if possible), check copy to verify direct deposit information, Form 1099-G (if applicable), Form 1095-A/1095-B/1095-C: Health Insurance Marketplace Statement (if applicable).

Fees: No fee for services.
