Assisted Outpatient Treatment (Kendra's Law)

* Provides court-ordered Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) for certain people with mental illness who, in view of their treatment history and present circumstances, are unlikely to survive safely in the community without supervision.

Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age and older.
Suffer from mental illness.
Unlikely to survive in the community without supervision, based on clinical determination. Have a history of non-compliance with treatment for mental illness.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.
