Oneida City Youth Court

* Appear in front of peers to discuss the poor choices they have made.  The juvenile offenders are held accountable for their offenses and positive alternatives are addressed and supported.

Eligibility: Juveniles who commit minor law offenses between of the ages of 7-15.
To be on Youth Court student must be between grade 9-12.

Application Process: Cases are typically heard as the result of an arrest and a juvenile appearance ticket being issued. Call for information.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.
