MVHS Laboratory

MVHS Laboratory (Program) * Provides clinical laboratory and pathology services. Full range of onsite testing includes surgical pathology, immuno-histochemistry procedures, hematopathology, breast tumor testing as well as gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology, chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, microbiology, immunology, blood bank and transfusion services. Laboratory services are available for outpatients, Nursing Homes and home-bound patients. Eligibility: Patients must have an order for lab tests from a provider that is eligible to order lab tests in NYS. Application Process: Accept walk-ins at all locations excluding Rome Ridge Mills, which is by appointment only. Required Documentation: Order for lab tests from a qualified provider. Fees: All insurances unless otherwise stated by an individual insurance company. Herkimer and Oneida Counties.
