* Provides comprehensive preventive, diagnostic and treatment services for individuals who have any of a variety of conditions in which they have difficulty falling or staying asleep, abnormal behaviors during sleep or difficulty staying awake.
Eligibility: None.
Application Process: By appointment.
Required Documentation: Referral from physician is helpful.
Fees: Insurance accepted.
