Healthy Families

(Program)

* Provides free home-visiting services for expectant and new parents facing challenges and stressors, helping them have healthy pregnancies and healthy babies. Services include:
  • Parenting help for mom and dad
  • Information on prenatal care, well-baby visits and immunizations
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Child development
  • Referrals to other community resources and services

Eligibility: Prenatal to 5 years of age.

Application Process: Call or walk-in.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.
