* Provides assistance to post-adoptive and post-guardianship families so that children may be cared for in their own homes with their adoptive parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

Eligibility: Must be post-adoptive or post-guardianship.

Application Process: By appointment, walk-in.

Required Documentation: Proof of adoption or legal guardianship.

Fees: No fee for service.

Oneida, Herkimer, Schoharie and Otsego Counties.
