* Provides mentoring-based case management, referral service and group peer led programs to help at risk youth access services; connect to their community; and a bi-weekly meeting focusing on improving self-worth.

Eligibility: Must be enrolled in the Central Valley Central School District, ages 13-18.

Application Process: By appointment.

Required Documentation: Referral from school personnel or others.

Fees: No fee for service.

Central Valley School District Students Only.
