HEAP Outreach

(Program)

Provides HEAP outreach and assists clients with HEAP applications.
 

Eligibility: Oneida County residents who meet HEAP guidelines

Application Process: Must apply through the local HEAP office; call for information or visit website

Required Documentation: Proof of residency, a current fuel or utility bill, recent pay stubs to provide proof of total current monthly income for all household members; For each person in the household, each of the following is required: Photo ID, Driver’s License, Birth certificate or baptismal certificate, school records, passport, paperwork documenting a disability (if applicable)
