* Offers service to any blind or visually impaired person wishing to learn or who is learning Braille. May request a free slate and stylus once per year if needed.
Eligibility: Any blind or visually impaired person who knows or wants to learn Braille.
Application Process: Visit website for online application or paper application. Call for information.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
