* Provides medication assisted treatment and counseling for patients who are opioid addicted. Services include:
- Substance use evaluations and treatment
- Methadone therapy
- Buprenorphine (Suboxone) therapy
- Vivitrol therapy
- Dual diagnosis treatment
- Early Recovery, Continuing Recovery, and Relapse Prevention
- Support groups
Eligibility: 18 years of age or older.
Application Process: By appointment only.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: Most Insurances Accepted. Self-pay Rates Available.
