LIFE at RCIL Youth Services - Main Street

(Program)

* Offers crisis intervention services for youth at risk of involvement with the juvenile justice system, homelessness or in need of support for disruptive behaviors.

Eligibility: Youth up to 22 years of age who are eligible to receive services through the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).

Application Process: Call for appointment.

Required Documentation: Letter of Eligibility from the Office for People with Development Disabilities (OPWDD).

Fees: No fee for services.

Herkimer, Madison County and Oneida Counties.
