Assists families in situational poverty from becoming homeless by offering supportive services, assistance with rent and security deposits.
Eligibility: Low-income individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of being homeless
Application Process: Call for information and services or to make an appointment
Required Documentation: Required documentation shared after initial meeting with Resource Specialist
