Children and Family Treatment and Support Services

(Program)

Provides support to children and families to prevent out-of-home placement of children. Provides support and stabilization to children in foster care placement. Offers support to youth and their families to identify their strengths and needs as they work to address the symptoms of their mental health diagnosis or behavioral health needs. 
 

Eligibility: Individuals ages birth to 18 years and families with children placed outside the home
