Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC)

(Program)

Provides a therapeutic family environment for youth whose behaviors make it difficult for them to remain at home or cannot be managed at a lower level of foster care.
 

Eligibility: Youth ages 5 to 17 years of age

Application Process: Referrals from Department of Social Services

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation
