Utica Parking Violations Bureau

Collects all monies and fines related to parking violations issued in the City of Utica and conducts hearings to accept pleas and determine the disposition of contested Notices of Violations (tickets). The bureau also manages and stores all records and data pertaining to parking violations.

Eligibility: Individuals who were issued a parking ticket or booted in the City of Utica

Application Process: Payments can be made by phone, online, or by mail
