Home Run Program

(Program)

Offers a school/home based prevention program for children with challenging behaviors and their families. Aims to improve attendance at school, academic performance and behavior, and to improve and increase family involvement in the child's education and overall development. A Family Specialist is located at each participating school to allow for immediate interaction with the child, familly or school as the need arises.

Eligibility: Youth ages 5 to 18 years
