Offers free medication for individuals with HIV/AIDS through the AIDS Drug Assistance Program/ADAP. Offers free primary care for people with HIV/AIDS through the AIDS Drug Assistance Program/ADAP Plus. DOES NOT COVER hospitalization or Emergency Room visits. Pays health insurance premiums for individuals with HIV/AIDS through ADAP Plus Insurance Continuum (APIC). Offers free home care for chronically dependent individuals with HIV/AIDS. Maintains a hotline for AIDS and HIV questions.

Provides information to people with questions or concerns about the COVID-19 virus. This hotline is not for people experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Anyone sick or feeling mildly ill, should stay home and monitor their symptoms, call their primary healthcare provider for questions regarding sypmtoms or, the Upstate University Hospital Triage Line for those without a provider.

Provides a volunteer-staffedÂ regional triage line dedicated to coronavirus-related questions and concerns. Anyone showing possible symptoms, or may have had an exposure to someone diagnosed with a positive case of COVID-19, would call this line to be guided on next steps. Volunteers areÂ from across the Upstate campuses, and a health care provider will be available at all times to assist with triaging calls.
