DoD Safe Helpline - Program
Rape, Abuse, & Incest National Network (RAINN)
Provides crisis counseling through on-line chat or over the phone to active military members and transitioning service members affected by sexual assault, as well as their loved ones. Provides information and referral on-line, over the phone, or texting to local resources for: Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC), medical or legal personnel, chaplain, or civilian assault service provider.

Assists active military, veterans, and their dependents in applying for VA educational benefits and navigating the college enrollment process, including submitting military transcripts and applying for scholarships, federal/state financial aid, and the VA Work Study Program. The office also mentors incoming veterans in course planning, goal setting, and connecting to community resources.
