Provides early school-based intervention to issues of incorrigibility, behavioral issues, truancy, and juvenile offenses with the goal of diverting potential Persons in Need of Supervision (PINS) and Juvenile Delinquency cases. Identifies appropriate services based on individual student's needs and utilizes a collaborative team approach with the student and their family to create an individualized student plan with the goal of improving behavior and increasing success in school and at home.

Provides voluntary and court ordered services to assist families in providing a safe and appropriate living situation. Assists families in providing the basic needs of their children and compliance with court ordered services.  Provides a prevention program to avoid out-of-home placement and family disruption in cases of serious youth misbehavior. Offers case management services to the entire family of the at-risk youth.
