Accepts non-emergency calls regarding: Citizen needs to contact a police officer regarding an ongoing investigation. Citizen has concerns regarding street plowing. Parking problems. Nuisance dog complaints. Police reports (i.e. : violation of order of protection, telephone harassment among others).
