Provides a volunteer-staffed regional triage line dedicated to coronavirus-related questions and concerns. Anyone showing possible symptoms, or may have had an exposure to someone diagnosed with a positive case of COVID-19, would call this line to be guided on next steps. Volunteers are from across the Upstate campuses, and a health care provider will be available at all times to assist with triaging calls.

Pays health insurance premiums for individuals with HIV/AIDS through ADAP Plus Insurance Continuum (APIC). Offers free home care for chronically dependent individuals with HIV/AIDS. Maintains a hotline for AIDS and HIV questions.
