Offers Syringe Exchange Programs (SEPs), which provide new, sterile syringes, naloxone/Narcan, HIV/HCV testing and an array of counseling/educational services at locations throughout New York State. Drug User Health Hubs are co-located at SEPs and provide accessible primary care, medication for opioid use disorder and Hepatitis C care and treatment. Locations are partnered community organizations.

Provides a volunteer-staffed regional triage line dedicated to coronavirus-related questions and concerns. Anyone showing possible symptoms, or may have had an exposure to someone diagnosed with a positive case of COVID-19, would call this line to be guided on next steps. Volunteers are from across the Upstate campuses, and a health care provider will be available at all times to assist with triaging calls.
