Upstate COVID-19 Hotline

(Program)

* Provides a volunteer-staffed regional triage line dedicated to coronavirus-related questions and concerns. Anyone showing possible symptoms, or may have had an exposure to someone diagnosed with a positive case of COVID-19, would call this line to be guided on next steps.
  • Volunteers are from across the Upstate campuses, and a health care provider will be available at all times to assist with triaging calls.

Eligibility: Anyone with coronavirus related questions or concerns. Especially for those who are uninsured or do not have a primary care doctor.

Application Process: Call the hotline.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fees for service.

Oneida, Madison, Herkimer, Cayuga, Tompkins, Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, Oswego, Saint Lawrence, and Tioga Counties.
