* Provides information to people with questions or concerns about the COVID-19 virus.
  • This hotline is not for people experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Anyone sick or feeling mildly ill, should stay home and monitor their symptoms, call their primary healthcare provider for questions regarding symptoms or, the Upstate University Hospital Triage Line for those without a provider.
*Provides vaccine information and registration on their website. 

Eligibility: Anyone with general non-medical questions about COVID-19.

Application Process: Call for assistance.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fees for services.
