Initial Response Team - Attendance and Behavior Issues

Provides intensive service to help parents/families/guardians with their child in schools where agency is already located. Designed to help students who are at-risk of a suspension or placement outside the school district without an intervention. There are services for K-2nd graders and 3rd-12th graders.
Eligibility: Students in 5th through 12th grades
Application Process: Referral based, call or walk-in for information at a participating district

Provides services to students in Kindergarten through 12th grade to reduce barriers to learning while supporting students social and emotional well-being. Coordinates services with local Mohawk Valley area school districts.
